While i am in the game i keep getting an error message saying “The game client lost its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and try again.” This happens to me about every 20 minutes and sometimes a few minutes once i enter a characters world. How can i fix this?

having a same disconnect issue with this error code since wintersday update.
DC seems to be worse around peak hours(5:00PM~9:00pm PST).
I’ve spoke with anet tech support and they asked me to contact my isp because the I’m getting booted due to high packet loss and it’s happening before it reaches their server and there’s nothing they can do about it.

I’m pretty much gave up at this point.
waiting for next living story update and hopefully it’ll get fixed.

To be honest its very ridiculous and incompetent explanation that the problem is on user side if almost all issues appeared after a certain patch and people haven’t had any internet issues in other games still.
