Guild Wars 2

Out of nowhere (as in no hardware or software changes and it was working last night) my game will no longer start. It initializes and then the Coherent UI crashes causing the game to crash. None of the fixes from a couple years ago floating around the internet seem to work. Anyone else having this problem?

Specifically the post from Lacey Hiteshue. I missed a step the first time but this seemed to fix my issue.
