Just built a new pc so all current drivers. However, the first time I tried opening the TP, I crashed. Debug log is attached. It appears that the CoherentUI was the cause. Any ideas on preventing this from happening again?

Did you just fresh install the game? Or was that HD from a different computer?

Make sure no programs are blocking Coherent, such as malware/virus scanners, etc.

Moved the dat and exe over from the old PC. Repaired it as a precaution. Not sure if there’s a way to see if bitdefender is blocking it. Nothing showed up as a found virus or malware

You can add the Coherent programs to the white-list of your malware/virus/etc. scanners.

Bah, turns out bitdefender was the cause, got an error from it this go round and it blocked coherentui.exe.

You will probably find that it will continue to crash you every time they patch guild wars 2 even if you add coherentui to your allowed list.
