Commander tag refund

I had four activated commander compendiums activated on my account prior to the feature pack and have still not received my refund. I put in a ticket on Wednesday and have been receiving the same email about how all refunds have been given out already despite the fact that I have repeatedly told them that I am eligible and have not received my refund. The fact that there are other similar threads would also dictate that all of the refunds have not been given out.

If you are still expecting a refund for extra Commander Compendiums you should absolutely submit a support ticket or use the above mentioned review space (I found 3 we may owe gems too).
