Guild Wars 2

After today’s patch, when I log on GW2 played around 5 – 10 mins, my computer crushed, and this happen again and again, please help! I running window 7.

Are there anyone has same problem as me?

My computer just crashed and it shut down, then restarted again, I been running youtube or others on my computer I didnt get any crash or shut down at all. :C

Only I log on Gw2, it shut my cpu off, when I play another online games, all work fine.

Can you post your crash log like what was asked already instead of spamming your own thread.

My whole cpu shut down, there is no way I can get crash log, am sry, not here to spamming my own thread, just want to able to play the game, see if anyone has same problem or anyone know how to fix it.

Similar thing happened to my husband, on his mac. Crashed so hard he can’t even get it to boot into safe mode. :P It actually seems like the whole machine may be fried. Maybe only coincidence, but if others are seeing this too…

Ok, he managed to boot into single user mode on his mac (holding command s during the boot) which gives you command line access to the UNIX stuff. he ran fsck-fy and it was clean, but he now thinks there might be a graphics card issue.

I tried re- installed, then I log into the game, it crashed me again and my whole cpu shut down, after I reset my cpu and back, my whole gw2 game disappeared. I can play another games , so I think is not my graphics card issue at all.

Arenanet.log (Crash Logs)

Hold down the Windows button on the keyboard and hit the R key.
Paste in the following line: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
Click “Ok.”
You should now have a folder called “Guild Wars 2” open, which may contain the file “ArenaNet.log” (it will show up as a text file, if present). Attach this file to your reply.

Looks like you may be experiencing Out Of Memory errors. Have you considered trying the 64-bit client?

You can access it via the ‘My Account’ link above in the ‘Content’ tab.

Unfortunately, 64 client not working as well for me, after I log in after 10 mins whole cpu crashed and shut down, and I couldn’t find gw2 file in uninstall or change a program section.
