Computer Shutdown
Look up how to look up event logs in windows and take a look in there. If there was some sort of system error it should be present in the logs. It will give you and us a better idea of what is happening with the machine.

Technical Support
Hi Xaras – My first guess here would be your PSU. Unfortunately there isn’t really a way for us to test this without being able to physically see your system, but that’s where I’d start.
THX Ashley Segovia,
I thought the same thing and I tried to removing 2 HDD, 1 DVD ROM, 1 DVD-RW all usb devices, all pci cards and all chassis fun.
Same problem.
The thing that makes me crazy is that i have this shut off into a precise point into the map, and does not depend on how long I played.
I shut off after 30 minutes of play or after 5 hours of play but only into the water of Swampland level.
Thns all for help.
Wait for new tips
If a power supply is failing and shutting down – it’s likely that removing hardware from your system will not make any difference.
You have two options here:
1) Substitute a known good working power supply.
2) Take a chance that it is for sure the PSU and replace it.
I have a 600W power supply but i can’t exclude that it have a problem, now i try with a new and update this post.
I was having a similar problem to this, however mine was in Lion’s Arch and only when holding 3 mouse buttons simultaneously (i do this a lot. weird fingers).
I was able to solve my own issue by updating my Marvell host controllers. If you are using Sata III you might try that.
News, i have replace my PSU with 600W 90% gold and first test is good, no shutt off.
I hope solved my problem.
Thax all to help.
I come back if have update.
