Guild Wars 2

Computer totally locks up and have to hard restart computer the screen can freeze black,blue,pink,or red iv tried everything even taking my computer to a tech person and he cant recreate the freeze and he has check everything temps,clean install, stress tested video card the crash can happen at random from 5 mins to going without the entire day without crashing please help

Also, you said the problem did not happen for the person working on it, this could be due to something in your location if that is the case, often times people will live in areas that are known for having dirty power or older houses which can cause the same problem, which is the computer getting voltage spikes or voltages dropping to low, most devices will not notice this, such as TV’s/lights etc because of a much larger operational voltage, however computers have a much more limited range to stay on and be stable, this can be seen in cases of power loss for 1-2 seconds, the computer will not turn off, but will “hang”, this is the same as to low or to high of voltage, you just never notice it because the lights and other things don’t turn off.
