Do you know your serial number? That’s one of the big ones.

I assume from your question you are trying to contact support and can’t answer that but your topic is a little vague.

Purchase limit for what? Gems? Accounts? Something else?

Anet has internal controls that help to prevent fraud. Sometimes if you spent X amount of dollars, you’re blocked from further purchases until your identity can be confirmed. It’s as simple as opening a Support Ticket.

Anet has internal controls that help to prevent fraud. Sometimes if you spent X amount of dollars, you’re blocked from further purchases until your identity can be confirmed. It’s as simple as opening a Support Ticket.

That’s what has confused me. He did open a ticket and gave the ticket number. I can’t tell from what he is asking is if there is a question about his identity he couldn’t answer on the ticket or if it was somewhere else.
