Guild Wars 2

Hi this is the first problem i have had with the game, as i have enjoyed it a lot. Every time I load the launcher it just say connection problem detected retrying. I was wondering what this problem is and how i could fix it so i could get right back to playing.

Is it a problem like something to do with ‘this problem is usually to do with your antivirus’ etc? Because I’ve been having that too since last update, along with the freezing on load screens problem.

i know it seems to be a simple thing to fix but could i possibly have some help with what to do. computers ad antiviruses, i dont really understand.
