Guild Wars 2

I tried to join a party to enter a dungeon. Me and everyone else are online and can chat like normal. For some unknown reason it says that everyone else is offline. When I tried to join my party in the dungeon it comes up as if I’m going in alone. Does anybody know what is going wrong? I think it says that I’m having a network connection, but I’m obviously connected or else I wouldn’t be able to be online.

If you used gw2lfg.com, make sure you selected the correct region (US or EU) as party members from either side of the Ocean cannot instance together
