I’m stuck in the same boat. So I’ma go play a game that doesn’t update during prime time. :P I really hate that they do this so often. Do they even read their own forums?

Does it really try to connect again or does it just say that?

I was thinking they nerfed the patch download to 1 kb/sec due of my internet speed being too OP for them and then I let out a loud sigh. Coming to this forum section quickly relieved me except that now I gotta play some other games until we can patch.

I finished a story instance and was immediately kicked. I hope I didnt lose anything. Im pretty sure it was the second to last of the missions before I finish my story.

Same issue. I see downloading 1KB flash a couple of times before I see the error message.

Update: Issue seems to be resolved as I am now getting the download progression screen.

Please chalk up another victim to this error…..

I’m getting this issue too… I was downloading at one point then it went BOOM.

OH WAIT… it just started downloading!

It’s fixed for me as well.

Its just that the servers are currently busy, I restarted the game a few times and got through. I am now downloading the update.

Update: just for heads up, this update is 5K+ files to be downloaded

Started for me. Wondering if there is not a Que set up lol. they should have more then just one patch server running to choose from. May be that may help.

SAME. 1kb/sec download then it stops. Every few minutes it’ll reconnect but it will drop to 1kb/sec then to zero. Then the dreaded Connection Issue(s) detected…Retrying pops. Awesome…

This is a little ridiculous. i get to dl for a couple seconds. Then it goes to the error for a few minutes. Then it goes back to dl’ing for a few seconds and repeats the issue

Right when i hit my next level the game closed out with a connection error… i mean EXACTLY.. i swear im gonna have to get that again :/

LOL my downloading is going absolutely bonkers! It downloads for a bit, then goes into that same error connecting retrying…. then it downloads a bit more… and error connecting retrying… (repeat this process over and over).

It’s not perfect but hey at least it’s downloading!

I even tried restarting the computer entirely. Then I saw this thread and realized I’m in the same boat as everyone else. ~ sigh~ So… what shall we discuss?

kept doing same to me.. just keep closing the window and restarting.. it catches eventually. I wouldn’t just stare at the retrying message.. just close and restart. It’s patching for me now.

Mine is downloading and then getting the error and retrying. Oh well, at least the download will finish sometime.

I dunno. I am having this problem, but it spends much longer on the error than dl’ing. Actually seems to frustrate me more than if it just didn’t work cause it feels like the game is teasing me.
