Constant Change Password
I had this same problem. What solved it for me, was deleting the saved passwords on my iOS machines (iPads, macs, etc) and not saving any passwords for the website or game. (So un checking remember user name and password on the game client itself, even if a windows machine). It would happen if I logged out of the forums on my iPad while having the password saved. So now I don’t save any passwords to any apple devices with iOS 7. And I have not had to change passwords since.
Edit: just also wanted to clarify that as a very active forumer, I’m on the forums a lot with my iPad, iPod, windows machines, android devices, etc. I think it is very specifically an issue with iOS 7 and logging out with passwords being saved. I’m not sure, computer wise, how that should occur. But it was, and simply not saving passwords has literally solved this entirely for me.
And all who stood by and did nothing, who are they to criticize the sacrifices of others?

Looks like I will not be playing this game again. Can’t wait forever. Deleted my email account associated with the GW2 account. So be it. Arenanet’s lack of customer service will be their bain. No customer support number, pathetic. Don’t think I’ll ever do business with them again.
Thanks Lilith Ajit.6173. Tried something similar on my PC, still stuck in a loop. Frankly I would have called customer service, but no number to call.
Did you even try submitting a service request ticket? You know, click the Support button at the top of the screen and click Submit a Request?
LyricDawnhagen.7803 you mean theres’s an actual ticket system, geez I didn’t know that. I imagine they would get back to me right away then? WOW, not like in 6 months? I guess I’ll try that. I’ll create a ticket right away. Thank you so much for the excellent advice.

Hiakachi — I understand you’re frustrated, but where would you go to find a phone number? To the “Support” link at the top of the page. And that would lead you to “Submit a request” and that would lead to submitting a ticket. No one on the forums can magically go into your account and make it work. You need to discuss this situation with a support agent, and that happens through a ticket. (We don’t offer phone support because it has proven to be an inefficient system for support. We staff agents 24/7/365 and they generally are able to respond quite promptly.)

Lastly, critical to any review of a ticket is the ticket number. Always include that. In fact, in this case I cannot tell if perhaps you have submitted a ticket, but certainly I see no number so cannot review this for you in any medium.
