Only recently has my game started doing this, and I’ve read thru quite a lot of posts with no discernible answer given. I will list my PC specs, attach my Crash Log, and hope that someone can give me an idea, because I truly cannot keep playing a game that dies at 30 to 45 minutes from launching…
AMD 955 Black Edition 3.2Ghz
Win7 64bit Enterprise edition OS
16 Gb 1800mhz Corsair Gaming RAM
WD 10000rpm 1Tb drive
nVidia GTX 560Ti
600 watt Corsair Silver Rated gaming power supply

put your memory back to the 1333Mhz stock that the Phenom platform was rated for, and see if things work better.

As an addendum, it started about 2 weeks ago.. just after the beginning of the month. Updated video drivers, and current nVidia today with issues. Verified that my ethernet adapter driver is also correct, and checked my motherboard’s site for updates.. which there were none.

it’s 1800mhz stock.. you want me to go into my bios and underclock it?

by stock, i was referring to the IMC’s rated dram compatibility.
anything over 1333Mhz is considered overclocked on a Phenom II.

SL, I changed my multiplier in BIOS to 6.66 instead of 8.0 .. which lowered the RAM’s effective clock to 1333. I was wrong in my statement, it’s 1600Mhz not 1800.. Regardless, this setting has been at the 8x multiplier since installation of the RAM in early March of this year. I had zero issues till roughly 10/1/2012.. which makes me think it’s something else. Game client, or file within the GW2 folder.
I am curious if anyone could possibly take a look at my Crash Log I attached, and see what “its” reason for dying states… I have not tried to relaunch the game since changing my BiOS setting, so if anyone from the GW2 crew could possibly take a look and say something I’d appreciate it. I don’t plan on playing again till tomorrow sometime, so hopefully a response will be waiting for me before I do..

its the illegal memory access error, which is why i assumed a memory error
otherwise, its corrupt client data, try running gw2.exe with the -repair command line, and deleting local.dat from the guild wars 2 folder in my documents.
