Im Unbreakable.9124

I am hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I have been running gw2 on this same pc since its launch, I even built this pc for guild wars 2 launch. I have not had any problems what so ever until recently. For the past month or so, I have been experiencing intermittent game crashes, sometimes twice a week, sometimes once a night. I decided to really figure it out the other day, I eliminated software (I think) by doing a fresh install of windows + a format of the HDD. 0 files or programs left over from the old install. After further troubleshooting I settled on the issue being a bad memory stick. However after a few days of 0 issues, the problem has returned. I have run a windows utility memory check, reported 0 errors, HDD check, 0 errors, fresh GPU drivers (because of the format/reinstall) and I’m pretty much at my wits end. Looking through one of the crash reports this stuck out

“Memory at address 00000061 could not be read”

I will include underneath the entire crash report from the gw2 client, in the hopes that someone can find the culprit. I’m no tech guru, but I’ve gotten along just fine until now troubleshooting my own issues and resolving them, but this one has me stumped and I’m getting desperate.

Thank you in advance.

PS apparently the crash log is too long to post, so I have included it, in it’s entirety as an attached text file, I hope thats not an issue.

Under —> Crash <— in your report look at Module: ntdll.dll

I believe this is the culprit so check out this link.

This guy said that Windows Update automatically updated his GPU driver and on his next format around he excluded the GPU update from Windows.

How are you updating your GPU drivers. Through windows update or through nvidia’s main website?

If you are grabbing it directly from nvidia’s website then there may be something wrong with your ntdll.dll and you could try running the sfc /scannow command through an elevated cmd prompt to see if that would clear up the issue but try at your own responsibility, just ask for help if you are willing to give it a go.
