Guild Wars 2

I am having an issue where the game is constantly stalling for around 3-4 seconds. This mainly seems to happen when I enter combat, I have tried lowering the graphical settings but still seem to get the issue.

Any ideas on how to solve this? I have played this game from release and never used to encounter the problem. I stopped player for around a year and re-installed the game yesterday. This problem occurred straight from when I started..

If it helps I’m running it on an Alienware mx14 laptop and 100mb fibre connection.

I am having the same problem! I played maybe 2 months ago and everything was perfectly fine. I just got back into the game yesterday in anticipation of the expansion and it just keeps randomly stalling for a few seconds, then reverts back to normal. I just upgraded to windows 10 a few weeks ago and have kind of narrowed it down to that, how about you?

If you guys are referring to extreme ping and lag (skills not firing for seconds, rubber banding) I’m experiencing the same thing since two days. I’ve been on Windows 10 for a while, and it hasn’t been a problem so far. It’s possible that an update for W10 is causing the issue. Personally I think that it might have to do with the (end of the) BWE.
