Constantly losing connection to server
Curious about the answer to this issue. I haven’t dc’d as much as the poster, but I would like to not dc at all. :)
The error code is 7:11:3:191:101 if that helps. It seems to happen much quicker if I go into an instance; I was able to play in verdant brink for about 30 minutes earlier before it crashed, but after that its crashed every couple of minutes
I have had exactly the same issue with the same error message. Today it is worse than normal, but all this week I have been DCd at least 10 times a day. My internet connection is fine and I have a fast computer. What’s going on?

It’s been happening to me a lot today too. I’ve tried changing from WiFi to LAN but it doesn’t last longer than 10 minutes. Have also been receiving the same error code of 7:11:3:191:101. Hope the answer is found soon. Thanks!
So, the next day and the problem continues – game virtually unplayable – freezing then disconnection. I have been disconnected 12 times already this morning. PLEASE can we get this sorted out.

Same, keep getting screwed out of events. I disconnected less back in 2001 playing DAoC on a dial up modem.

Looks like, as usual, a problem with Telia. You’d have to ask your ISP to contact them.

This has been happening to me as well, about 10 times in the last 30 minutes. It’s unplayable.
I’ve been getting this Error 58:11:5:535:101 code today. Can’t for the life of me figure out why I would be disconnecting from server all the time. I’m watching Youtube, or on Second Life just fine, heck, even Overwatch, just to see if it’s me, and only GW2 has been hiccuping.
same here, been trying to do map completion but keeps getting “lost connection to server” or something like that, i never had an dc’s like that :O
You guys all need to run pingplotter and determine where the problem is.
It may not be your end, but it may not be Anet’s end either. It could be any one of the several nodes your connection passes through. All these other nodes are owned and maintained by 3rd-party companies. Your ISP pays these 3rd-party companies for the use of their nodes. Download “Pingplotter”, it will show you where the problem is. Facebook, YouTube and zillions of other website will work fine because their servers are in different locations and you connection to them takes a different route than it does to the Anet servers.
Run pingplotter, if you see the words Level3 or Telia anywhere in the middle of your route, there is a 99.9% chance that is where the problem is.
I’m having the same problem with this. Over the last week or so I’ve been loosing connection to server when way pointing. But its not been so bad, I was happy to live with it.
However today is bad – I had a lost of connection while waypointing – error code of 7:11:3:191:101 – and now I can no longer access that character. She’s stuck in limbo. I lose connection every time I try to log her in. All other characters log in fine. But she’s stuck somewhere.
I’ve been looking around for solutions. Someone said I could try to go to PVP and join a game then swap classes, and choose the character thats stuck in limbo. But when I joined a pvp map with a different character. I get the same Lost connection to the server with the error code of 7:11:3:191:101.
EDIT: The pvp trick worked perfectly. Went into pvp and was able to choose my stuck character and it pulled her into PVP. Then instead of leaving the match when it ended. (because it would send me back to Harathi Hinterlands which is where I was stuck) I went to WvW and now I’m freeeeee!
EDIT AGAIN: It happened again. I cant log into my character anymore because it dropped connection to the server. And this time the Pvp thing doesn’t work :-(

You contact your ISP, and ask them to contact the Tier 3 provider.
