Can I get refund for this idiotic thing that I done PLS?

You will need to contact support,

I don’t know why Anet lets you craft the parts again if you cannot make it a 2nd time,

Or they could make it that a 2nd time you craft it the Pre is account bound and cannot be sold.

I can see why they won’t let you craft it more then once (the whole point of the 4 parts was that it would be expensive). Being able to craft just the last step would flood the market.

But yes, send in a ticket and see what they say.
