I have been getting the disconnects too…. if you are using the authenticator… turn it off.

Worked for me.

I am getting the same error code. I can play for maybe 30 min and then it crashes. This has only being doing this since the patch on the 22nd. If anyone knows what to do let me know cause this is getting rediculous

Hey guys,

In order for us to further investigate this issue, please run Guild Wars 2 using the -log command below. This will generate a log file of what is happening when you attempt to run the game. To do this:

1. Locate your Guild Wars 2 shortcut

2. Right-click and select “Properties.”

3. In the “Target” line, add -log to the end.

Note: Please make sure-log is outside of the quotes:

Correctly Formatted Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe” -log

Incorrectly Formatted Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe -log”

Once completed, a file called “GW2.log” will be generated in your “Documents” folder under the “Guild Wars 2” folder and attach it to the thread.

Set up log file will post when i get kicked …again, no auth, game has only done this since the Halloween patch.

I’m using an authenticator (set mine back up again after found out people without them also got the disconnections) and like clockwork, I was disconnected exactly 30 mins after logging in this morning.

(Looking at the log now, it really doesn’t have a lot in it, does it? :P I’m doing mine a second time to see if the log says anything different)

I got disconnected again, so having followed the instuctions for log set up earlier, i went to attach it. The file is there but empty (0kb). so unless a proceedure is wrong, can’t see that log being helpful.

OK Crashed again looked at log just say’s can not connect to the IP. so many catch handlers game code must be a mess.

I tried a second time but my log showed up blank (launcher loaded automatically post crash) and when launcher was closed, the log updated with the same thing I replied with earlier. I’ll see if I can catch it later and check the log before I hit OK at the error phase.

Edit: There we go, disconnected after 30 mins (tried even to repair the files to see if that’d help, no luck obviously) and once the client restarts, the log is the same as I posted. I can’t seem to get a log that shows the errors. If only there was a way the client didn’t just start back up.

Ok so I got error message Code=3032:1002:3:4350:101 it says network error but my internet hasn’t even disconnected. This only started happening after the patch. Also it does this every 30 min to an hour. Here is the log that i have attached. Please someone figure this out!

I posted my log file on a different thread as I noticed my error started with 7 and not 3032 like this thread has. Same error so far though with disconnecting every 30 mins.

I had that error 7 error until I disabled authentication, then the 3032 started immediately. I suspect they’re likely related.

I disabled my authenticator last night after reports by other people that it helped with the disconnection problem and it did help. I was able to play for about 2-3 hours with no disconnection. I’m going to re-enable the authenticator and see if the new patch fixed the problem. Will post my results later on.
