Guild Wars 2

So after I click Play in GW2 i get mostly crash. The error log is in the attachments.
Furthermore, sometimes it’s not only this crash, from time to time blue screen of death appears. I don’t have any clue what’s going on.
Im running on lowest settings. I had been runing game on medium settings for a long time until those crashes and BSOD occured to me, (it was about a month ago). Since I was unable to find the solution I am asking for your help.

You have alot of disk read fails. Try -repair command and running chkdsk.

Did what you suggested, but still, the problem occurs.
