Crash - game the hole time
Hey there Gluon – Do you happen to have the rest of the crash report? You can find this by navigating to Documents\Guild Wars 2 and it’ll be the ArenaNet.log file. You can attach it to the thread by clicking “More posting & formatting options…”
I don’t have much to go on with what you’ve provided, but just to start, I would like you to try the following steps:
1. Navigate to your Guild Wars 2 folder, which by default should be C:\Program Files(x86)\Guild Wars 2.
2. Move this folder to a new location like C:\Games\Guild Wars 2. The location doesn’t matter specifically, as long as it’s outside of Program Files and Program Files(x86).
3. Navigate to this new location and “Right-click” on “GW2.exe” selecting “Create Shortcut.”
4. Rename this shortcut to “Guild Wars 2 Admin Mode.”
5. “Right-click” on “Guild Wars 2 Admin Mode” and select “Properties.”
6. Click the “Compatibility” tab.
7. Checkmark “Run this program as an Administrator.”
8. Click “Ok.”
Once completed, let’s go ahead and repair the new installation location:
1. Right-click on “GW2.exe” and select “Create Shortcut.”
2. Rename this shortcut to “Guild Wars 2 Repair.”
3. Right-click on this shortcut and select “Properties.”
4. Edit the “Target” line to include -repair at the end.
Note: Please make sure -repair is outside of the quotes
Correctly Formatted Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe” -repair
Incorrectly Formatted Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe -repair”
5. Once completed, click “Ok” to save your changes.
If you get an error trying to save, your target line may not have the correct format. Please try step 5 again.
8. Right-click “Guild Wars 2 Repair” and select “Run as Administrator.”
Allow the repair to run and once completed, double click on “Guild Wars 2 Admin Mode” to launch the game.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Gluon!
I was looking through the report and it looks like the crash logs indicate a potential fault module to be “atiumdag.dll” which may be pointing to an issue with your video card drivers.
I would highly recommend doing a clean installation of your video card drivers to see if this resolves or at least alleviates any of the crashes that you’re experiencing.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Sorry for my bad English, buth i do not really know what you mean
Must i update my drives or my video-card?
And if i must, how can i do that
For a clean installation you can use third-party apps such as Driver Fusion. If this isn’t something you’re too familiar with and not comfortable doing, I’d recommend first just updating the video card drivers. AMD has a handy-dandy little auto-detect tool that should locate the appropriate drivers for your system. Check out the link below!

Ive updated my drivers with AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool, buth still i get a crash
I have played 4/5 minutes
A few things I would try just for kicks, is to delete the local.dat file located in your user documents. This file has been a known trouble maker for some people in the past, all it does it hold the Guild Wars 2 settings you have changed in game, so you’ll have to reset those to whatever you want likely when the game becomes playable again.
If that doesn’t do anything, you can try using the -repair switch on a Guild Wars 2 shortcut. Follow the instructions here:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments
After that assuming that doesn’t fix anything, you can check your hard drive for errors using a disk check. To check the disk with Guild Wars 2 on it, go to ‘My Computer’ and right click on the hard drive that has Guild Wars 2 on it. Click ‘Properties’, a new window pops up. Go to the ‘Tools’ tab and click ‘Check now…’.
If that doesn’t work you can try checking your RAM. Just have one stick in at a time and see if you encounter the errors. If you don’t encounter the errors after a day, move onto the next stick until you find the one with errors. If none of them have errors or all of them have errors, I’m not sure what to say. If one of them has errors, it looks like you might have a bad stick of RAM.
