Crash on login - MainCli.cpp error

This happens every time I log in to my character in Lions Arch, I’ve tried lowering the graphics settings to their minimum from a few suggestions I found through Google…but that did nothing. The crashes happen directly after the world is loaded and I don’t even get a chance to see anything in-game. I’ve checked my ram with memtest and it came back clean, not really sure what could be causing this. Also I’ve repaired numerous times, as well as done 2 fresh installs.

Hi Soupycat – From what I can see it does not appear as though you have motherboard drivers installed. I would recommend looking up and installing the latest CHIPSET drivers for your motherboard. Additionally, it looks like AMD has released some new drivers. I would recommend a clean install of the 12.8 drivers:

Lastly, I would recommend deleting your local.dat file (navigate to your “Documents” folder and then to the “Guild Wars 2” folder within it) and then running a repair.
