Guild Wars 2

Since the last update, I’ve noticed two things that are happening WAY more often than they should, and these things did not happen before the update.

1. – Whenever I’m changing my character, the game crashes for some reason? I have no idea why this happens, but it’s extremely annoying when I’m trying to farm winterberries on all of my characters and so forth.

2. – Whenever I alt-tab one too many times, say, at my 10th alt tab (I alt-tab often to change music or reply to messages), the game will crash. I also have no idea why this happens, but it’s irritating, especially because sometimes it happens during combat.

I’ve asked a few guild-members, and atleast according to a few, this happens as-well. Anyone else experiencing this?

Started experiencing this today just after reset (7pm EST). Game crashed at least 6 times so far. I’ve noticed it happens more often when I WP inside a map. If I WP to another map, it doesn’t crash. Very frustrating!

Not so much crashing as it is DCs for the past week experienced by many and more often.
I have experienced more DC over the past weekend and today than I have had in the past year or 2 (or whenever I moved to the 64 bit). I’ll remember to grab the codes next time.

Remember all: if you have a graphical hack (eg: reshade, gemfx, etc) or a DPS meter (eg: arcdps, bgdm, gwhelper) installed, make sure you remove them and reproduce the crash without them present.

If it’s showing the in-game error box, please post the error code (on bottom right, looks like xx:xx:xx:xx:xx)

How are you able to repair? Mine seems to freeze at every turn.

yes, I did the command, stil to no avail it freezes, but I’m over it currently it seems to do fine abit nonetheless.

I’ve also had frequent crashes, had them before, but then removing the cache worked, I’ve did that today again, yet I’m still experiencing a lot of crashes. I’ve put the last crash report in a pastebin… The crashes really happen at random. Sometimes when I’m crafting, when I’m just running around, when I’m sitting still and chatting with a friend… :/

Thanks After a restart I didn’t experience any issues anymore, however I’ll keep an eye on this for if I ever have trouble again.
