I keep getting a “serious error” crash during the installation of the game. I’ve sent three error logs to A-net. I have no idea what’s causing it. Are there any devs that can read my log and get back to me? Thanks.

Can you tell me how to do that?

There is a little button that says ‘Show Details’ on the Crash Report window; you click that, then copy and paste the information here.

Or, you should be able to find the crash logs in a folder within your GW2 folder.

I think this is it.

Just so you know, when you send the crash reports to Anet, it’s not tied to your account or anything so they wouldn’t be able to track it. Also, the crash.log you posted contains mostly “gibberish” to humans, so we can’t really read it.

It’s best to get a crash again, and just copy/paste what is happening.

If i look at that crashlog i wonder that your computer even runs, looks like
your whole memory must be a totally mess.

If you lood it in notepad and scroll down you find something like that, but its
really mixed up with memory data or whatever :
