Crazy lag spike and skill delay
Yes very spiky here. Ping has been going from 24 to over 900 sometimes, especially one zoning and loading new areas.
A quick ping test put my connection at 23ms rating of very good.

Is anyone else experiencing crazy lag spikes, specially in places where it has a good amount of players? (lion arch/heart of mists / spvp rooms)
And skill delays suddenly 1 to 4 sec delay until skill is release.
