Guild Wars 2

Hello. When my wife attempts to open the game she gets a serious error window to pop up as soon as the launcher begins to check for patches. However when I get on my user (on the same laptop) and try to launch the game (from the SAME installation!) I don’t get that error. What gives?

Does your wife have the proper user privileges to edit the files for GW2?

Yes. We’re both administrators. She was able to log in and play just fine yesterday, and she’s been playing on her user since she got the game years ago. No changes, no nothing.

Ran it with -repair argument?

I’ll try that, thank you! I’ll post if it fails.
