Guild Wars 2

Hi guys/gals,

Just picked up my second 6970 and I was wondering what I need to do to catalyst/GW2 wise after I’ve have my cards crossfired? Heard something about drivers and a cap? What a cap?

If someone could be so kind to push me in the right direction that would be much appreciate.

It doesn’t specifically address Crossfire, but it’s good info. You can enable Crossfire in the Catalyst Control Center. Also note, if you’re not running the game full screen, you’re not loading both GPUs.

The CAPs are Catalyst Application Profiles. They are basically what tells the gpu how to play the game in crossfire. If you don’t have the CAPs you will get much lower fps. You download the caps from the same page as your amd drivers.
