Guild Wars 2

I tried to exchange gems for gold. The screen didn’t change, it never confirmed my exchange, and now when I open the currency exchange window back up it shows I have all of my gems, but no gems in the get gold column, and no gold in the get gems column.

I just traded gold for gems. The gold was taken, but no gems. Something is definetly wrong with all the bugs popping up today.

I swapped gold for 235 gems it took my gold, approx 45 gold but didnt give me gems. Also tried to log into these forums for 30 minutes but got the error

Login Error: Portal returned error: {"code":42,product,module,line,“text”:“Srv2Route, transaction timeout {#642032}, {P+/Game.gw2.AnProxy/GetAccountFeatures+STS/1.0}, {(null)}”} — l_c.rb 95 (fangamer:-1).

I am assuming this is part of the same thing.

i hope anet refunds and extends key sales

If it doesn’t show up in a reasonable amount of time, contact support and see about them sending you your gems.

Same here, just lost 63 gold trying to convert gems to gold. I sent in a ticket but most likely will get no reply until tomorrow. This sucks lol.

i submitted a ticket for the same issue

1 hour later… it is now there

Interesting that there is still no reply as to why this had happened. Just a total lack of communication
