This is my 3rd attempt at trying to get any kind of help from support:

When I press the [Buy] button to exchange gold for gems in the Currency Exchange, the window will gray slightly, but no confirmation window ever pops up. It doesn’t matter whether it’s for 2000/1200/800/400/Custom Exchange amounts.

I’ve tried reinstalling the game, doing the -repair command line, and disabling my firewall & AV (it’s a stretch but a random person said the GS/CE/TP possibly works via port 80/html).

Does the Currency Exchange depend on anything special, like Flash or Java to be installed? I am totally out of ideas.

I am wondering if gem prices are dropping because there are a lot of other players experiencing the same problem and aren’t post anything.

What if HoT turns out to be the Mordrem Invasion event, x100?

For every time you submit a support ticket for the same reason you get forced to the back of the line. Being its a holiday week I’m guessing support staff is very limited, so if you don’t get a confirmation email within 3 days of posting your last ticket there is a forum thread you can post the ticket info into to get a response from someone at Anet a little higher up. Be patient, I am sure you will get the help you need from support.

It does need the Coherent program to function. Make sure nothing is interfering with that program…virus/malware scanners, firewalls, etc.

Indeed, don’t submit more than one Support Ticket through the webform, as it will cause delays. If you tried to contact the CS Team through the in-game Bug Report, you will get no response, as noted in the Bug Report window.
