After that i sent 2 or 3 mail for the support without any luck( i didn’t opened multiple tickets ).

ok, so after looking a little bit I see that you had an answer for your incidence 9 days ago saying that it was escalated and then, 7 days ago, you received the “awaiting” review answer. This means that it is still not closed so I would recommend you to post it again in the following thread, explaining your situation up to this point.

Dear CC Eva,
I got banned since Oct. 31, though i received an e-mail specifically from GM Roland resolving my issue. But the problem was, i only read his email a day after he sent it last Tuesday evening. So i tried to follow up, but to no avail, i’m still stuck in the limbo my account was already reviewed twice by two GM (Lloyd and Roland) but still there is no fix yet
i want to play again with my colleagues. please help.
