If you gained any Gold through illicit means, it will be removed.
If you contacted the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and used the web-form to create a Ticket, you should have received the automated “Thank you for contacting us…” response.
If you contacted the CS Team in-game via the ‘Bug Report’ feature, you will garner no response (as indicated on the Bug Report window).
If you did receive the automated response, the CS Team allows themselves 72 hours to respond.
