Hi all,

I’m sure some of you have also experienced this and might know the answer.

I disconnected during the beginning of the Brisban Mordremoth event, somehow managed to log back on and get 21 stacks but did not receive any rewards at the end of the event. Does anyone know if this one of the issues where Anet is going to mail the rewards eventually or should I put in a ticket?

if you dc you need to join with another char or you wont get rewaded.

Anet have only said they would reward the get no reward at all without dc the first day event was live so far.

I don’t think anyone here can tell you the cause. Could be an issue on your end, Anet’s end, or your ISP’s end. I’d personally put in a ticket since they’d be able to track your data and progress then. Lots of data to sift through but should be possible.

Thanks for the info. Had no idea about the joining with another character to bypass the glitch. Will try putting in a ticket I suppose.
