This is the 3rd time I spend an hour sitting patiently waiting in Bloodtide Coast going through the instructions from commanders to complete Triple Trouble which has an abysmal success rate as it is outside of commanded maps, when I get disconnected from Anet servers for a span of maybe a 10th of a millisecond but it’s log enough to get kicked to character select and not get to participate in the boss at all and get no shot at the Regurgitated armor box which I have been farming for almost a month now. I am only ever on in time for 1 TT a day and I cant even count on being able to stay in zone without disconnecting. Strangly this only ever occurs during events I need to complete for one reason or another, a month ago I was DCing mid boss fight on every daily fractal every day. And I know its not my computer or my internet as diagnostics show the issue is not on my end.

Next time you get disconnected, run ping plotter to see where the issue is and then you can proceed from there.

I have the same problem even screenshoted my completion of the fight only to be told by customer service. “I went ahead and looked more into your game advisor and your screenshots that you previously provided. I believe that you are getting disconnected because of the popularity of the event. With that many people on screen and with out a great internet connection and top notch computer you are going to be disconnected. My best advice is to try and find a time that the event isn’t that busy.”
