I had a hacker issue less than five days ago. Account was safely recovered thanks to Support. However on return of the account, I noticed the changes right away and sent a reply back about it to Support. Otherwise, only I alone have access to my account; unless you are referring to me using multiple computers to access the account?
All you can do is wait for reply from support I would say.
Something that could be the issue is that the account was accessed nearly a year ago by someone else, since as far as I remember they do rollback it to the point before the first confirmed unauthorized login.
There might of course also simply be a mistake, so yeah, waiting for answer from support is really the only thing that can be done.

I put up a lot of security routines to make sure I never have to deal with hackers… sadly seems one managed to seek by regardless. It is more upsetting though having to lose all the acquired skills, skins, unlocks, achievements, etc. Just to lose it all. I suppose I’ll wait for now for Support to get back to me. Thank you for the link referral. I am one not used to posting on forums but felt this was urgent enough to get second opinions before going into panic.
Occasionally, an Account Restoration is implemented to the wrong date. The CS Team will advise you and remedy the issue, if possible.
