I tried to log into Guild Wars Monday night after being disappointed in the Raider game. Last time that I logged into GW2 was Saturday morning. For the past few nights, I’ve been trying to log into the account and constantly get this error. I’ve submitted a ticket and I’ve used the automated response on the message to no avail. I’ve responded to the message and nothing has been heard from by the support desk. I’m generally a pretty patient individual but this weekend, I had some issues with another MMO regarding an issue with my account and managed to have it addresses within the same hour via their live chat. With this situation, there is no Live Chat and no phone number to contact customer support. It doesn’t seem to be correct to have to wait days upon days for a response to a simple problem, especially one that can be resolved in less then five minutes.
Please take a look at this ticket and please address the issue.

It’s true that we’re helping most people within 48 hours. But we have a backup that you can use. If you do not hear for five days, you can post in the Tickets for Review – 5 days and older thread.
Oh wait, you’re a Raider fan? That’ll be 10 days for you, buddy.

Same exact situation, word for word. Hate to hijack a little but, but I have literally the exact same problem, if there is a fix available, have had a ticket open since Monday.

I was hacked, and got that figured out, now I have a message just like this atm. So, it would be annoying if I have to wait another 4 days to fix this problem lol.

Furthermore on your Game Status update for 9/10 (the day this issue started for me), I read this little tidbit that led me to believe my problem might actually be solved soon:
“Customer Support
Our customer support team is prioritizing hacked accounts and other blocking login issues over other types of support requests. We’re currently responding to prioritized support tickets within 48 hours, and will soon be responding within 24 hours. "
That would have been funny had it been April Fools or something, but it was kind of a let-down faced with the forums having people waiting 5+ days for incredibly simple issues to be fixed, and especially considering my issue is a “blocked account login” which is supposedly one of these highly prioritized issues.
I know I’m probably coming across as kitteny (nice correction, forum), but it is really irritating to be online on voice chats and things with friends enjoying this great new game while I’m sidelined for days due to this kind of crap when all I want to do is enjoy the game I paid 60+ dollars for 6 months prior to release.
Just my two cents.

Well, I’m a 49ers fan, but it’s still good to watch them Raiders, even if they are hard to watch at times. I’ll wait a bit longer and then just move it, if I gets past the 5 days.
