Deleted items

I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition for Guild wars 2 the other day, and so I had a look at the items I had bought. Since I was generally just new I deleted my character as I wanted to switch my play style. Along with the character my Chalice of Glory, Tome of Influence and Miniature Rytlock were also deleted. Is there anyway I can restore these items?
