Deleted items
Hello,
I am quite new to this game so I kinda screwed up – here is what happened:
I purchased the “Heroic Edition” of the the game, I created a character and noticed I have two items in my mail – Tome of influence or something like that + an item that looked like a chest. So I claimed them and without keeping attention I deleted the character I obtained them on, since I did not like his look.Later I realized those were the bonus items I get with the heroic edition and I did not receive them again.Is there a way I can receive those items back?
Also in a desperate attempt to get my items back, I transferred to a random server from “Seafarer’s rest”, where my friends play and now I have to wait 7 days to transfer back.Can you please help me?
I have sent a ticket already, but I just cant wait to play, so I thought I would get noticed here faster.
CS will respond to you ASAP. There isn’t much that can be done from the forums, as only CS has tools.
There is no way to bypass the transfer cooldown, unfortunately. And, remember, to transfer back free of charge, you will need to delete all your characters, so make sure to put all non-soulbound items in the bank before doing so, and if you get a replacement for your armor, do not give it to any characters until after you transfer, again.

While you’ll have to wait to transfer you can guest for now to play with your friends.
If you are going to delete to transfer for free again, you can play a new character for now and just remember to bank everything before deleting – the bank carries over. You can even use it to get a couple of Black Lion Chest Keys (they’re a reward for a level 10 story step) and stash them for when you move back and start getting chests again.
