Hey there. So I deleted my (free) Gandalf hat from the store by accident. Now seeing as I didn’t pay any money for it, it’s not a big deal. The thing is, it’s still in my “Recent Purchases” list.

Is there a way to get my hat back? And if not, what will happen if I do this with a paid item from the store?
Surely it can be retreived somehow, right?

No, if you delete something, it’s gone. Here is a post from someone who deleted a gem store item and was told no by support.

That would be nice ^^ however it’s a matter of the time it would take for support to do this for all the people who delete items by accident that would be used to solve other problems.

Yeah… Hm, couldn’t they just add a “Retreive” button to the store where you can pick up your old stuff? Just like how you can pick up the new Achievement Skins?

Possibly because the game doesn’t have a way to know if you are retrieving something because it was deleted, from someone doing that to get duplicate free items. To know, support would have to get involved.

The difference from the achieve items is, they weren’t bought with gems and ANet giving you an infinite amount doesn’t cost them additional sales of those items.
