This is really really stupid, but It’s 04:53 at night, and I just wasn’t clear in my head when I did this. I deleted the wrong character.. The character I deleted had a “birthday-present-instant-lvl20-scroll” which I was going to use on a newly created character that I had to make room for.
Question is, is it possible to get this character back?

Unfortunately no, there’s not. They have no way to restore characters besides an account rollback and that is only offered to accounts that have been hacked.
