Also i want to ask the players or the support on forum about the ticket. i dont consider my self good in english but i do this at the ticket—} ask a question – billing information. is this correct way for my problem?

You’ll need to create a support account if you don’t have one already – your game account won’t work.
Log the support ticket with as much info as possible (and keep a copy of the reference numbers – although a copy will be sent to your email) From my experience they’ll help you as soon as they can…I’m sure you can appreciate (and especially since it is Easter) they must have A LOT of tickets to attend to…fret not, they will get to you.
I’d also do what they recommend and make sure you don’t have more than 10 messages in your in game inbox.

Hello, Glorius. Yes that is exactly what you do: support.guildwars2.com, then Ask a question, and then “General billing question” to start the ticket.
