I just upgraded my account to deluxe edition and i received all of the items but the Misfire wolf elite skill is still grayed out. What can i do. THX

The skill is unlocked on my lv2 human elementalist but not my lv80 asura mesmer.

Way back on 8/30 I submitted ticket #120831-002406 regarding my upgrade to the digital deluxe edition. I recieved everything, except the skill. My main character (Mesmer) had just turned level 30, and he still lacks the skill today. All lower level characters have it opened (obviously they cant use it until level 30, but it’s ready for them when they get to that point).

It seems that other people have had same issue, but we haven’t heard anything back. For me it’s been almost 2 weeks, and I saw today that my ticket was closed without resolution.

I understand that you’re prioritizing inaccessible accounts, but given that this issue also directly relates to monetary transactions and lack of delivered value I would respectfully request an update

Also: You might wish to reconsider the e-mails you sent out today advertising the deluxe edition upgrade. You’ve been aware of the issue, you haven’t (as far as I can find) provided any insight into the problem, and now it seems like you’re advertising the service. Loving the game, just wish I had everything that I paid for, thanks!

I’m having the same problem, i would’ve used the gems for more bank slots had i known my 53 ranger wouldn’t get the mistfire wolf skill.

I bought the Digital Deluxe version but did not receive everything i’ve payed for?

I’ve recently bought the GuildWars 2 digital deluxe editing but i´ve not recieved the MistFire wolf that was supposed to be included in the upgrade.

I´ve noticed i´m not the only one with this issue.
Is there anything going to be done about this?

Maybe a refund, or still getting the skill?

I’m having the same problem too. Only the character that i used to purchase DDU couldn’t active the Mistfire wolf skill and all the other characters that were made AFTER the upgrade has it.

Hello i have upgraded yesterday my account with the crystal’s to digital deluxe i have received all mine items but i have only one problem.

My elite skill mistfire wolf is not unlocked it is a grey icon and does not say how many skill points it needed. Hope you can help me with that or explain me what to do.

Thanks for the response Gaile, I appreciate it. Yet I only hope that by ‘as soon as posssible’ it will actually be adressed as soon as possible.

I just want to be able to use the Mistfire elite on my ‘Spirit Guardian’, but because he was level 30+ the icon was greyed out. All my existing pre-30 characters had the elite unlocked and available however. So this bug seems to happen for every character that already had access to the first tier of elite skills (so level 30 and above) prior to upgrading to DD.

I bought the “Digital Deluxe Upgrade” Via the gem store after the game came out on my LV.80 Ranger. i recently hit Lv.30 on my mesmer and the elite skill “Summen mistfire wolf” is not available on this toon. is this a bug? also why does the store let me buy the “Digital Deluxe upgrade” more then once (havent done so) but its rather annoying to see it pop up there.

When I noticed that my Mistfire elite was missing off my main I had already heard of many others with the same issue and that it was being looked into and working toward a solution. When I heard about that I chose not to say anything but let it happen in its own time, I am patient that way. I haven’t had the opportunity to trying this skill with any of my other characters because they are all low lvl, I have just been focused on my main lately. It is good to know that it hasn’t been totally dismissed yet. I refuse to discard my, now lvl 50, main and start from scratch just so I can have access to this elite skill.

The issue exists when purchasing the Deluxe Edition after a character has already been made. This is at least how it is for me. The character I purchased it on did not receive the elite skill, but every character I made AFTER the purchase did.

I bought deluxe edition and it seems that had successfully activate Mistfire Wolf Elite. But I cannot find it in my skills menu or any other place.

it appears on slot 10 (0)

I was doing more research, I just have the basic version of the game, this option should not show up at all in this case…or have something that when you mouse over it, it tells you to upgrade to Deluxe version to have it. Would save a lot of confusions and wondering and posts on the subject.

Sorry but, This is allready 1 year ago…. And still It is not fixed? i Have Heroic Version.. Still misfire is locked…?

Heroic version does not come with Mistfire Wolf. The Digital Deluxe version does.
