Dev: Got hacked, what now?
The first thing you can do is change the password to your email account, and scan for keyloggers, etc.
Once your computer and email account are secure, and you are sure they are secure, you can ask CS to change the email address associated with your game account to a new address. Just update your ticket asking for assistance.

Change your associate email address to either a different email account or a proxy email address (or both). ONLY use that email (and/or proxy address) for GW2.
You should also be using unique passwords you have never used (or will use elsewhere) for all websites you access.

Well, the stupid hotmail service says it can take up to 30 days to make another password.
So what I did was enter my gmail as the one they need to transfer my account onto it. My Gmail has mobile authenticator activated just now. After they did that, I’m just gonna delete/deactivate my hotmail adress.
How long does it take before they answer my Sumbit ticket about hacked account to re-roll everything? And how far does it go back because I had all gifts for incinerator (which got deleted aswel) and I made those in the last 2 weeks..
