Hello dear people,
Today I got back from uni and wanted to play some guild wars 2, maybe do a Tequatl and a Wurm afterwards. I tried to log in but it said that my log-in credentials were wrong. I thought to myself that I might have forgotten my password so I requested a password change. I changed my password and after a few minutes I was able to log in, only to see my lastly played character totally naked, all bags gone, all equipment gone, and I was left with little more than 7 silver (out of about 240 gold). Please help me.

And the name of the character in question is: Yenna of Vengreberg
P.S. I want to point out that some of the stuff in the wardrobe were randomly placed in the bank or in the remaining space in my starter backpack of this character (such as the spinal blades rare version (I used to have equipped the exotic version)

Okay, so I checked my other characters and it seem more of a bug. My ranger is also without gear, however, the starter bag is filled with risen priests of balthazar ( I did not have more than 1 before) and my necro seems to have some of her equipment only not eqipped and far from complete.

Yes, you were hacked. You need to run a security sweep of your computer. When you are sure your computer is clean, change the password on your email in case he got into that. After that you can contact support at https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new You can ask for an account restoration (a rollback of the account to a time before the hack to recover lost items and gold).

Since you posted your email I recommend you get another email and switch your account to it. For all you know, hackers and gold sellers read these forums and noted that email to try for a hack later.

The bag is filled with the minis because hacker went to Orr and bought Lost Orrian Jewelry Boxes with your karma. Check how much karma you have now.

If your other characters weren’t completely stripped its because you got the account back before the hacker finished with it.

It’s not a bug. The hacker probably spent all your Karma on Orrian Jewelry Boxes and took the gold.
