Did not get Item from Arah, No responce for days..

I was told by friend that I would get [Pact of Victory], i think that’s what it’s called. After beating the Arah dungeon for my story, which involved killing Zhaitan and everything.

I never got no such Mail with the item or nor did I get it at as a reward.

I know i beat Arah since I progressed in my story mode and also a guild member said I would also get an Item that would grant my guild 1k influence which i got.

But never got [Pact of Victory]

Maybe i just have to do Arah again, or is there another way to get this item?

I finished Arah dungeon for the second time yesterday, and still didn’t get it. I’ve already sent email, ticket, and thread already that hasn’t been replied to.

Have you finished Victory or Death?

If so, I’d highly recommend putting this thread in the Bug Reports section of the GW2 forums.

Yes I’ve finished that quest on my main story.

I did Arah as my main story through the quests, then i did it again a couple days ago, to see if it was just a bug or something. and I still didn’t get it.

I’d rather have customer support look at this and have it fixed. I’ve already mailed, ticket, and posted on here about this and I’ve gotten no reply.
