Didn't Receive Large Achievement Chest
Same trouble here, full invetory ecpt 1 slot, i got skin, gold, laurel and gold income % but no other chest, im 100% sure i dindt destroy sell or anything, juz anything else appeared. i waqs wondering if we jzu lose it forever or there is any chance we get it back
Players have had issues with not picking up the chests, or accidentally vendoring or deleting them. There isn’t an issue with the chests as far as we know, and I think we would have heard if there was an issue because they’re so popular.
I hate to say this, but I would attribute the issues you both have experienced to one of the possibilities I mentioned above — as sort of (I hate to say it) user error type of thing. I know we cannot trigger that reward again if a player does not collect (or retain) the chest.

Ok, so guess we lost it… but I still say i didnt sold it coz was really checking care adn even checked the Buyback button adn it wasnt there. And ofc i didnt destroyed it… really not a single chance an issue happened with full inventory? i assure the chest wasnt at anytime at my inventory coz i woould notice an orange named item…
Just logged in to accept the achievement chest reward. My inventory was full, but the only item in the overflow that I saw was the zenith weapon skin that I selected from the list.

You are hearing about it now, I did not receive my Achievement chest at all, there was no chest popup on the reset, I re-logged completely and still no achievement chest popped up above the mini-map. Clearly there is an issue with it.

I logged on the game 15 mins ago, clicked the chest popup, selected my skin ( it was the 2k achievement), clicked accept.
The inventory full notification appeared, with only my selected skin showing up. Ok, I destroyed a stack of greys which I had gotten from a dungeon run the day before. I used my skin and converted it to pvp, then used deposit collectibles to send it to my I AM A GOLD SPAMMER. PLEASE REPORT ME BY PRESSING THE REPORT FLAG ICON IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THIS POST!. All good and fine.
Then I did an inventory search to find the large chest, only to find out that the large achievement chest was nowhere to be found. I did not visit any merchants during the above actions, nor did I destroy anything except the stack of greys. I do not use invisible bags.
Perhaps it is a bug between the excess loot interface and the achievement chest? I would like this to be acknowledged as a bug and fixed, as this is the first time the excess loot window has failed for me.

Now we are 5 or 6 poeple already having the trouble will Arena.net believ us now?

This happened to me and it seems it was since i had my bags full, very unfortunate if arenanet can reward us the chest. I got the skin and the buff to the stat, but not the chest.
This happened to me today while my inventory was full. I made room for the Radiant Vambrace Skin and clicked to get it out of overflow into my inventory. No Large Achievement Chest to be seen anywhere, not even stuck in overflow. I tried to make some more room in my inventory but nothing came up. Tried to relog but that didnt do anything either. It is lost to me and it’s a shame since the rewards in that chest is pretty nice.
I didnt get the 1k achivements either somehow for me it started at 1.5k achivement points :/
Same thing happenned today to me too. my inventory was full, i got my radiant skin but there was no chest:/ I am pretty sure i did not vendor it or anything. i checked everywhere, its nowhere to be found.
this is good the more people that post it here, the better. Hope Arena.net can do anything
I just dont like it when they blame people while it might as well could be a bug that hasnt been found or anything related to that
I just now got my 1k chest, and I have had over 1k since the release. 1st day I logged on it gave me the 500 chest. This morning I got my 1k chest when I logged in. I have logged in multiple times per day since. The chests are clearly bugged.

The first chest awarded was the 100 point chest. Each day you log in, you will receive another chest up to and including the chest that correlates to your achievement point total. Retroactive chests are only rewarded once per day.
So far, chests have been: 100, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, and 3000, I believe. (One each day.)
I don’t post often, but from the posts on this thread it is clear that some of the players are not understanding how the achievement rewards and accompanying chests work. So,
First and foremost, if there is a problem with receiving a chest, Account Issues is not the correct forum for your issue. Report your issue under “Bugs” so that it has a better chance of being seen by the appropriate Anet people.
Second, if you see a chest listed under your achievements panel, it means you have not yet received that chest. Once you receive a reward for your achievement points, that reward scrolls of the list and the chest displayed on the far left of your achievement screen is the NEXT chest you will receive, not the one you just received.
Third, you will only receive one achievement reward each day. If you’ve received a chest in the last period between “Daily” resets, you’ll need to wait until the dailies reset again to receive your next chest. You will continue to receive a daily achievement chest until the value of the chest on the left of your achievement screen exceeds the achievement points you’ve accumulated. From that point forward, you will be rewarded a new chest each time you gain the number of points indicated by the chest on the left of the row in your achievement panel.
Finally, it is certainly possible that there is a bug when it comes to having a full inventory and having the achievement chest portion of the reward not showing and, as a result, getting lost in the ether. While it will be great if this bug is found and resolved, I would suggest not opening the achievement reward with a character that has fewer than 3 open inventory slots. For one thing, opening a chest, once in your inventory, will give you 5-8 items, including another PvP chest containing an additional 5+ items. Might I suggest you have a designated character that manages your daily retroactive achievement reward and that that character have 10 to 20 open inventory slots. You could open your chest(s), deal with the “fallout” and be ready for the next day.

Same issue happened to me. Got the 2k achievement reward, but my inventory was unknowingly full when I accepted the reward. I received the Zenith skin (which went to overflow inventory) and the passive account rewards, but the large achievement chest was lost and never showed up in my inventory nor the overflow inventory.
This is definitely a bug, I’m 100% sure I did not sell it nor delete as the first thing I did when I accepted the reward was to try to find the large achievement chest.
We will certainly look into this, and thank you for the detailed posts. Saying “I didn’t get it” isn’t nearly as helpful as “This is what happened: (a), (b), ©.” So thanks for putting in the steps that will allow us to reproduce any issues!

You will need to create a support account to submit a ticket. In order to help you with this issue, they will need the following information:
1.The date, time, and time zone when you received the achievement notification
2.The number of achievement points associated with the chest (please note that this may be different from your achievement point total)
3.The character you were on when you received the achievement notification
Man , i cant remember the current day and even less the time, i had troubles with 1000 pts chest XD
