Guild Wars 2

My friend purchased a digital copy of GW2 however he cannot activate his account because he didnt receive a serial code anywhere to activate his account.
Where can he get a serial code???
Any support would be great.

I didn’t receive an email containing my code, either, though I was able to activate my game through the link on the purchase page.

I got my code already directly on the webpage after i bought it and it was also
already filled in the form when i clicked on register.

Got it in an email also of course, but i registererd the account before even
checking my email.
