I bought the digital game at launch but i don’t remember ever getting this Serial Code they ask me now that I need it.

I forgot password and they ask me for this code to get my password back

You did get an email with your serial back when you purchased the game.

and you did keep that e-mail 2 years ago ?

For something as important as a game I purchased. kitten straight I would keep it. Multiple digital copies and a least one hard copy.

Well looks like I wasn’t as safe as you are. I was mislead by all the other games I played where E-mail adress was enough security to get back my password.

Also used to Steam Account where they give you the Serial Number when you log in to the website. Unlike here I can log in to website but i don’t have access to any of my personal information. I think it’s a little overkill on the security here.

If you have forgotten or misplaced some of the information requested, you can leave that area blank. Do be sure to chose a category from both drop-down menus, though.
