What Happened:

I put up an offer on the Trading Post for an Item called “Ravaging Flame Greatsword of Battle” a rare item. I offered 3 gold for the item. After a while because nobody was selling I decided to stop the offer so I went to "my offers’ and closed the offer.

The Trading Post gave me 20 SILVER back and that’s it. I also checked “my bought items” history and it said I purchased the item “Ravaging Flame Greatsword of Battle” however there was nothing in the Trading Post NPC for me to pick up except the 20 silver I got back from canceling my offer.

Please help me out here, I don’t want to spend more gems to replace the gold the Trading Post took from me.

So pretty much I was one of the suckers that lost some gold USING the trading post, an ingame system which shouldn’t have made my coin go to la la land in the first place. Now, the reason I am angry is because this is gold I EXCHANGED with the purchase of GEMS. I put REAL money into this gold that the trading post, a bugged system took from me. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks calmly, but now I have no choice but to look into my paypal / creditcard statements and look at the closest transaction when I lost the gold and do a charge back of that GEM purchase since the game pretty much ATE it I will wait for now but I no longer have patience for this matter, I am a paying customer, I have sink both time and money on this game and I believe I deserve a little better than automated messages.

Have you tried going to one of the trading post NPCs and using the “pick up” feature from them?

2 weeks is ridiculous, they are selling people games then perm banning them for no reason and people are losing a lot of money through their gem store, that’s called theft where I come from.

Remember max, just because this is online doesn’t mean you you waive any rights.
Theft is common law, broad and out of corporate control.

Everyday since this happened to me I have checked the “pick all” button from an exchange NPC, for 2 weeks I have tried and nada.
