Guild Wars 2

At the end of Frozen Out, during the last bit of dialogue, my game crashes and forces me to start the entire story over again. I’ve played through this four times, and all four times, it’s crashed. I’ve tried it with multiple people, I’ve tried it with someone else hosting the instance, and I’ve tried it alone. I’m getting extremely frustrated by this, as I feel I’ve wasted alot of time and effort, as well as other people’s time and effort. It’s always at the same place after defeating the boss when Braham and Rox are talking. I haven’t gotten any completion out of it. There’s no checkpoints, so I have to start the same quest all over again, only for it to “lose connection.” It takes me back to the character select, and when I select the same character, it takes me to where my character was standing before entering the instance. My connection is fine. It only happens during that one part and that one part only. No other time does this happen. It’s extremely frustrating that this continues to happen, as it’s always right at the end. I’m not very tech savvy, so I’m not entirely sure of how to fix it. I’d like to finally get this quest done. Part of me is sure that it’s not just my end, but part of me thinks it could be, as everyone else has completed it just fine. Is there some way I can fix this or prevent it from crashing?

The exact same thing is happening to me

yep happens to me all the time, always the same place at the same dialogue. I solved only some of it, by turning off my windows firewall and my router firewall. I managed to get though 1 day before I got stuck at a different story point
