For the 3rd day already play char just for a min then disconnect i bought shared bag slots since then i started getting disconnected everytime i start playing with any char , only once i could play for a bit because i didn’t change map helping friend in story got freeze couldnt move as well chat comand /stuck doesn’t work no respond yet from forums GMs or update to fix this bug please help i know your busy with next update but same issue happening with my friends and iam sure many players suffering same issues and didnt post in forums counting on the ones posted already in forums , if you heading for a major update please be sure the game playable before then . Thanks .

well the least like a year ago forums gms would respond and give an answer now nothing major amount of bugs including huge lag in game , Frequent Disconnect with so many players i check with them on ts3 as well skype graphic bugs for the ones can play the game , game comand issues as well , Anet just for info the population of any online game decrease by the amount of lag or bugs players would suffer during playing the game please try fix such issues fast not everyone now can play the game , Thanks

Actually, looking at the people who ACTUALLY check where the lag is (like, say with pingplotter), the lag is at Level 3 and not at Anet. Anet can’t fix most of the lag issues, since it isn’t with them, nor their ISP.

The problem is, people place the blame (due to not having any knowledge about how the internet actually works) and just blames whomever they can. And The Devs can’t reply on the forums really. They used to, then more and more people started demanding (not just posting hoping for help, but expecting help) that it was taking way too long to do that, then actually help those using the proper formats. If you need assistance with anything game related, they have ALWAYS wanted you to submit a ticket. There is a tech support even there that puts you in contact with Anet support to try to see what is going on.

If you post on the forums and expect a response, especially when it’s the weekend and they only have support agents working the tickets or keeping the servers going, then you do need a reality check.

1st of all the lag thing i didnt have i said friends talking about major lags in game they experience the problem i have is Frequent Disconnect once i play any of my chars i login then choose any char just take some seconds then boom dc i play other games doesn’t have such a problem since my ping on google.com 20~23 stable no request time out or such … why i turned to forums simple to see how many other players suffer same as some of my friends as well so it’s not just me , if it was only me then i will submit a ticket but if many other than myself ( just for info friends from same country ) so i know they would solve it and about the talk that forums gms don’t respond on forums like before because i love gw2 i want to see it always at best shape with live support and answers from gms to understand the sitution better as well if i just send a ticket i will increase the traffic on the support respond to the tickets while if it’s majority suffering from this issue that mean it will be the main focus for next game update : )

since 3 days i am having the exact same issue , i think it has to do something with the new build it came out on Jan 14th or i don’t know but i have been playing stable for a very very long time now and this is a new thing it has nothing to do with my internet connection.
