GW2 always disconnects when I click on " switch characters ". Any solution ?

All 80es > MM necro is my best ,cleric
guard ,nades eng ,Trap thief \ranger ,signet\shout warrior, zerk mes\ele & shiro rev.

I always get the 7:11:3:189:101 error code and get booted to character select screen
